Kerala Psc HSST Computer Science Notification Details

Kerala Public Service Commission will soon release the HSST Computer Science examination notification. The exam is to fill out the existing vacancies for higher secondary school teachers in computer science. 

The method followed for the selected candidates’ appointment will be direct recruitment, as mentioned in the official notification. The selection procedure is a three-tier process in which there will be a written/online examination, document verification, and an interview.

The exam duration is one hour and fifteen minutes. It will be out of hundred marks. The salary scale for this job varies from 32300 – 68700 rupees. There is no official declaration about the number of vacancies.

HSST CS  Qualification

The qualification you need for this post is simple if you have the right background. Check it out!

Education Qualifications:

1. A Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the concerned subject/ M.Tech Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology / Software Engineering. Candidates should have less than 50 per cent marks from a recognised university.

2. Master in Computer Application (MCA) or Master in Computer Science or Information Technology from a renewed university with a minimum of 50 per cent marks.

Age Limit:

Candidates aged between 20 and 40 are allowed. The candidates born between 02-01-1977 and 01-01-1997 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.

There will be usual age relaxation for the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and other backward communities.
